GERMANY · VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Earn While You Learn:
German Ausbildung.

Ausbildung is Germany’s paid vocational training model: classroom theory and on-the-job practice combined, a regular salary throughout training, and strong employment on graduation.

WHAT IS AUSBILDUNG?

Learn While
You Earn

Ausbildung is Germany’s dual vocational education system, run jointly by state-approved vocational schools and companies, lasting 2–3.5 years. Part of the week is spent in classroom theory, the rest in hands-on work at the company.

Throughout training you receive a monthly training salary from the company. On graduation, you continue your career with a nationally recognized vocational diploma and real work experience.
